Craft Beer Inspired by the Andes

We’re proud to feature artisan craft beer from Ecuatorial Cerveza, a local brewery founded by Humberto Castillo, photographer and guide. His beers are brewed with creativity and a deep love for Ecuador, with flavors that capture the spirit of the land—like a hazy IPA reminiscent of foggy páramo mornings, or specialty brews infused with mora (blackberry) or rich Ecuadorian coffee. Pair these unique flavors with one of our speciality dishes or simply enjoy a cold glass while taking in the views from our glassed-in dining room, outdoor patio, or in the hummingbird garden.
